It’s well worth testing the DISM process as I’ve explained it above if you want to get passed the file encryption process. Check out the following video for instructions on how to retrieve an ISO file using Dism.

The ISO file must be encrypted, or every time that one person who needs to decrypt the files, starts using the files in the ISO, it will prompt the error “Enter Password” and will not proceed past the first Settings dialog. People who are just average computer users, without the need to know how to do this (we’re all out of luck here) may need to take it apart a bit, to be able to figure out how it works.

A progress bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Wait until it finishes and you are taken to a command prompt. Now you can enter DISM or DISM.EXE and you will be shown the DISM settings on the screen.

Once the DISM decrypt process is complete, you should be able to access the entire Windows 10 ISO folder. If you do a Windows PE Hard Disk Installation, you will have to continue the installation process from the Vista, Windows XP, Windows 7 or Windows 8 menu’s which are on your system’s DVD drive. You cannot access the menu’s when you are in the BIOS.

If I power up the computer again, I’m prompted for the previously input decryption password and I’m able to successfully unlock the disk. Then I boot up the game and it proceeds like any other game in the Black Ops series. The game runs great, and I can even get into my campaign and play it like normal. The decryption process is an amazing feat of dedication and hardcore game-playing.
