Its a short program. Which is given to me by my friend and he asked me to solve this program in a particular way.I have worked for about 8 hours and I just can’t solve it.
‘Problem -‘ How to find a/ the floating point number in terms of binary representation for X=exactly f times the power of 2.
I have been working on this for long.I have been thinking about it for the past 1 hour.I am stuck as I don’t know much about the bitwise operations.I just know the bitwise to bitshifts and add operations.I have been doing a lot of research on it.I have found similar problems on stack overflow but nothing that fully explains the concept of ‘the bitwise operations on the bits’.I’ll appreciate if someone can help me with this.
‘Problem -‘ How to convert a floating point number to the nearest integer format.
This is another problem for me.
I am just not able to get it.
I have been searching on the web but no luck.
‘Solution -‘ Is there any way to get the desired output as an output string. I am not able to get this.
I have been trying to find a solution but to no avail.

For the first problem:
Read the binary representation of x (at least to the end) for “0” to find the position in the binary representation that there is a “1”. This position is your binary exponent (say, it is in position x).
Next, read up to the end and start accumulating bits; for example, if the bit before that bit is “0”, then set y = 2y + 1. If not, y = 2y.
Now start iterating through the binary representation of x, incrementing y at each iteration.
When you have incremented y enough times, stop. If y is 0, then you got the result.
For the second problem, the solution is the same, except that you’re to check the range of the result when you get a y close to 0 (i.e., the binary exponent that appears when y is 0, etc.).

The cubic volumes of the Phanerozoic rocks are roughly equivalent to the sub-crustal volumes of the Cubo vent.
There are two assumptions, which are violated in the DJN film:
1. A directly measured cubic volume is compared with a calculated volume, which is not directly measured.
2. A cube of any sized volume from a cubed depth of one, is given as the cubic volume.
These two assumptions are probably not important, as they are rather minor details.
More important is the depth value for the mine tailings, which still have
