Date validation using momentjs in angularjs

I need to validate a date using momentjs in angularjs.
I have a input field with following format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM
I need to validate this input date and restrict date to be between Jan 1, 2017 and Dec 31, 2018.
I am using following format for date validation:
