Clone Cd 4.2.0.2 Clone Serial Download

Similar to the previous question, but I have a clone board of a original board. Is there a way to determine the output for the “arduino.Board” macro? My board is the nano 4.0 and the original is 4.2.0.2.

I am trying to use this http://static.arduino.cc/hacking/uPins.png with the usb-serial converter mentioned in the documentation. I selected the ST-Link with revB 16F688 as the device (the same one used for the official boards) and 16F688. when I use the ST-Link Software (0.96), it says SEND -> OK. But when I put the header pins directly on the board, it says UNKNOWN -> OK. Any help is appreciated

If you installed the drivers for the CH340 on your computer but have issues connecting via serial terminal or uploading code using the Arduino IDE, there may be an issue with your user settings preventing you from using the CH340. You may receive an avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device error similar to the output below.

When you have installed the drivers for your computer, the driver version for Windows 10.0.14393.3586 will automatically install with the Arduino IDE. So on Windows 10. Go to the Arduino IDE.
Click » Tools
Select Serial Port Setup (port name: CH340_serial)
Configure: COM5 (if you see a USB-Serial TXD0-RXD0 COM port name, uncheck the Enable checkbox)
Select: CH340 (driver) Serial Port (COM5)
Click » Options
Select Controller (COM5)
Program: Ch340
Select Controller (COM5)
Click » Save
Exit Program
Reboot the Arduino Uno.

Alternatively, if you have the Arduino IDE installed, you should also see a change in the number of available COM Ports (you may need to restart the Arduino IDE for the board to populate). Without the CH340 connected to your computer, click on Tools > Port. Depending on the Linux flavor that you have, the Ports may not open to display any serial ports. Take note of the Serial Ports available if it opens up.
If you are uploading to certain boards like the Apollo3 on the Artemis development boards with fast baud rates, there are some platforms (Linux flavors) where the standard CH340 USB to serial drivers don’t operate well at speeds higher than 115200. So if you run into upload problems, consider reducing the upload speed. If you have one, you may need to reinstall the Linux operating system on the USB drive. If your OS version is updated to a newer version, perhaps you will not have to reinstall. It should not be a necessary step if you have made no changes to the files. When cloning, it is very important to have your reference disc ready to go at this point, or if you are using a Linux cloning environment, you should have an Internet connection available for download. When the cloning completes, you can follow the next few steps to use the newly created disc as a booting drive.
