gestalt is a mod that adds first-person shooting to the fallout 4 first person mod, but i also have to mention, you can also play in third-person. so it’s not just first-person, but it’s first-person with third-person being a part of the mod.

fallout 4 is going to have many more first-person options. with a first-person mod like first-person, you can play as any of the characters, and most of the time, it adds more immersion to the game. it does make the game a bit more difficult, as you have to learn how to use the controls and maneuver around your surroundings, but with fallout 4 being so open-ended, it’s worth giving a try.

punishing third-person-only players for not using in-game controls is a legitimate problem in games like fallout 4. the creators of a new mod, nothirdperson, have come up with a simple solution. all of the third-person controls have been moved to a separate layer that is completely transparent. you can see through it to the real-world controls, but it won’t react to the third-person controls. this mod is a great solution to a problem that other games have had for years.

players that prefer the third-person perspective will appreciate this mod, usetheforce. this mod, by modder sustar, allows you to use the force in third-person mode. you can use the force to attack, turn invisible, and perform other useful tricks, and all your third-person controls stay in place.

fallout 3 was the first game in the series that had real third-person camera controls that took over for the first-person perspective. however, many complained that the controls were awkward, and it was easy to be tripped up and shot. another complaint was that third-person players often relied too much on aiming down sights, and it was difficult to use your powers in third-person. this mod, first person camera controls, by modder tristamdunno, solves those problems by letting you control the camera.

what i like about this is that the mod not only allows your character to move during aiming, it allows the player to be in first person when aiming. this can be easily changed back by configuring the mod. in addition, there are now additional widgets for the special weapons, including the suppressed weapon. to change which weapons are allowed, open the “fix_alt” folder, and the weapon which is selected there. the time of the weapon will be displayed, with a small number of this, and a long number. i hope it will be happy with a fresh patch, as any third-person patches will work with the aim mod. this patch is compatible with the aim mod, but i hope the lens still functions correctly without it. i have not tested this yet, but i am sure to do so within the next few days.
my hope is that the next patch will be able to add more weapons, just like the tst patch. i have the tst patch, and that really makes this mod so much more useful. this patch might also support the mgo patch for third-person, but i have not tested it yet.
i have had the experience of using this mod for several games. the first i used this mod in was the x-com: enemy within, and i was immediately impressed. even in such a simple game, this fixed a major problem that i have had to deal with in other games, including mass effect 3. however, i never managed to get any more of these bugs fixed. with this in mind, i decided to give it a try in a game that i thought had it, which is fallout 4. i installed the mod, and it instantly turned the game into a third-person shooter. this was a fairly big surprise. i was not prepared for the gameplay changes the mod made, even though this was supposed to be a third-person game. it was not until the game was already installed on my computer that i found out that the game now uses a third-person cam, which is always the default for fallout 4. i was really impressed with the amount of things that this mod had done in the game, even though i was quite skeptical about what the patch had done in the first place. i was wrong. i was immediately impressed with this mod. i was immediately disappointed to find out that it had not really fixed any of the bugs i had experienced before. however, i was still very happy to find out that this was a third-person cam patch. the mod changed the aim center, so the cam now seems to be more natural when aiming. this is actually a really good thing, because it is a lot more natural than the original third-person cam.
