Over 5 years after the release of our previous title, Tekken 6, weve been inundated with requests to add playable characters, and finally decided to release Michelle Chang, who is a special character weve had in development for a long time. There arent many characters in the game like Michelle and we feel she has a strong fighting style, so we are very happy to be able to release her as a free character.

Kunimitsu is a unique character in the Tekken Tag Tournament series, due to her alternate costume having (like the Heihachi costume) came with a different uniform for each character she plays. For example, while in standard play as Kunimitsu, she wears a dress. However, in team battle mode or in play against Tetsujin, she wears her special red costume, complete with a red cap. Kunimitsu also has an alternate costume for females called the Akuma variation, featuring a more martial-art inspired design as opposed to the dress look that Kunimitsu normally wears. In competitive play, the Akuma costume is generally preferred over the dress, but for casual play, the dress costume is more preferred.
