Just press the Info button (or use a right-click menu), and it opens with a series of necessary controls, including Edit, Clone, and Mask. You can draw and sketch with the Magic Wand tool, select edges with the Lasso tool, and so much more. Tags pop up for quick access to commonly used tools.

If you prefer using the traditional tools, the Erase Tool – formerly part of the Layers tool set – will let you remove background areas from your photos, even if you have a non-watermarked image. You can use the Erase Tool to make changes to contacts, golden oldie photos and more.

If you prefer working with existing photos, the Clone Tool can be used for cloning similar objects out of an image. You can also use the tool to combine multiple photos to create a collage effect. Normally, you can only use the Clone Tool to combine photos you own. With this version of Photoshop, you can also combine photos from Adobe stock.

The Tonal Adjustment tool simplifies the process of fine-tuning your images. This tool lets you adjust contrast, curves, saturation and exposure values, fix color errors and remove unwanted objects within your images. The result is an image that looks brighter, less harsh and more vivid.

The Healing Brush tool is the new tool for fixing flaws within an image. It detects any visible problems with your image and automatically corrects the areas that it can fix. The result is that your image is left with the most minor imperfections that the new tool can fix.

If you prefer working with your images as a layer on top of one another, Layer Masks lets you choose the areas you want to work on. Layers Masks overlaps and masks the areas that don’t need editing. This version of Photoshop’s Layers tools also includes the Erase tool.

Adobe Photoshop Photoshop CS6 is a powerful and comprehensive tool for the creation, editing and enhancement of digital images. When it was first released in 2007, it offered only the essential tools for imaging professionals and a significantly limited version for the home users. There is a dark side to the benefits of increased sensor size, however. As the image becomes larger, the perspective of the camera–and possibly depth of field–recedes. Admittedly, for many amateur photographers, the 35-millimeter full-frame sensor of the new Nikon D5 has nearly perfect uniform coverage, which makes pixel-for-pixel adjustments quick and meaningful.

As for the other sensors, the iPhone 7 Plus uses a relatively small 1/2.75-inch sensor, the D5 uses the full-frame 1.2-inch, and the D500 uses a relatively large 12-megapixel version. That means they provide 1.5x more resolution, and are good for only minor adjustments. In fact, according to Nikon, the Df offers up to 4x the resolving power of the iPhone 7. The D500 offers more than 8x the resolving power of the iPhone 7. And the 1-inch or so Postcard Landscape mode of the Df and D500 also captures a very wide angle.
